Sports Rehab and Wellness (SRW) is a healthcare facility in the Kitchener and Waterloo Region. At SRW we provide evidence based treatment for a variety of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
Whether it’s education, preventative management or treatment of acute and chronic injuries; at SRW you will receive the most up-to-date information in a pressure-free environment. Our pledge to our patients is that we will not recommend any treatment that we personally would not receive.
